Event Cancellation Protection
Ticketly events are integrated with ProtectIt .  In case of an unexpected event cancellation, your ticket holders complete a secure online refund form which enables ProtectIt to process refunds directly.  Additionally, purchasers have the option of adding ProtectIt Refund assurance for a small fee to receive a direct refund if they are unable to attend (including for COVID 19).
